The Environmental Safety Training Course will be held 9-12 February 2027 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Health Campus Jette, Laarbeeklaan 103, 1090 Brussels, Belgium.

The official language of the course is English. No simultaneous translation is available.

Course notes and handouts will be provided in English.

Environmental 2027: same registration fee as in 2025 !!

Early Bird Registration fee (till 15 December 2026):
 3.100 euro per participant 

Regular Registration fee (from 16 December 2026):
3.700 euro per participant

The course fee, payable by credit card, covers all lessons, the course material, and the participation to the exam. Also included are all the coffee breaks, lunches, the social event on Monday evening and the shuttle between the hotel & the campus.

Registration will open mid-October 2026.

Registered participants who cannot attend the course may apply for a refund of the registration fee. A substitute delegate is, of course, welcome. Notification is made via e-mail. The participant is entitled to a refund, minus a service fee, according to the following guidelines:

• 14 to 11 business days before starting date of the course - 25 % of the total amount
• 10 to 6 business days before starting date of the course - 50 % of the total amount

Regrettably, no refunds will be made if notification is made less than 5 business days prior to the course.
