The Safety Training Course will be held from Monday 2 February to Saturday 7 February 2026 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Medical Campus Jette, Laarbeeklaan 103, 1090 Brussels, Belgium. How to reach our location

The official language of the course is English. No simultaneous translation is available.

Course notes and handouts will be provided in English.

The registrations fees for the Safety Assessment of Cosmetics in the EU 2026 are:
Early Bird Registration fee (till 15 December 2025):
4.300 euro per participant 
Regular Registration fee (from 16 December 2025):
5.500 euro per participant
Students: 1.250 euro per participant.
This reduced fee is available only to full-time students enrolled in health-science–related programs, including those enrolled at foreign or international institutions, who are not employed, have not completed their studies before the start of the Safety Course, and are not PhD students. Applicants must provide valid proof of current student status, such as a student ID card or an official letter from an academic advisor. All required documentation must be uploaded during the online registration process

The course fee, payable by credit card, covers all lessons, the course material and the participation to the exam. Also included are all the coffee breaks, lunches, the shuttle between the hotel & the campus and the social event.

Registered participants who cannot attend the course may apply for a refund of the registration fee. A substitute delegate is, of course, welcome. Notification is made via e-mail. The participant is entitled to a refund, minus a service fee, according to the following guidelines:

• 14 to 11 business days before starting date of the course - 25 % of the total amount
• 10 to 6 business days before starting date of the course - 50 % of the total amount

Regrettably, no refunds will be made if notification is made less than 5 business days prior to the course.
